We have used Nikki Trombley to sell our home previously and just used her again to buy a home. Her communication skills are phenomenal, always reachable and returns calls very promptly. We have used other realtors in the past, but communication can be an issue. In addition, she was accommodating to our busy schedule. We would recommend Nikki without hesitation.

Amy Bunch worked day and night to find us our dream home. She showed us homes every Friday and Saturday night until we found exactly what we wanted, and more! We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us and we will continue to refer her to everyone we know!

Haig Istamboulian took the time to understand us as a buyer. He listened to what was important for us to find in a home, offered his suggestions and insight into neighborhoods, and guided us in a positive direction. Once we found the property we were interested in, Haig provided valuable information regarding real estate comps so we could make a strong quality offer. Throughout the entire contract process Haig was quick to respond, and work with us to secure the deal. I would absolutely recommend Haig to my family and friends. He is an expert in his craft, and a great resource!

Buying and Selling a house is complicated and is something we have only done once before -- having Karen Dafoe help guide, advise and really look out for our best interests was very much appreciated. Her expertise saved us time and money. She made us feel like we were her only client :) We respected her planning and advance look ahead that helped us make sure everything went as smoothly as possible -- she was always calm, professional and creative with negotiations -- ideas that would never have occurred to us opened doors and possibilities.

During the process of selling my home, Kevin Koss also found the perfect home for me to purchase. He treated me like family and I can’t thank him enough for all that he did to help me through both the selling and buying process. He went way above and beyond what’s expected of an agent! I love my new home and have no plans to move any time soon, but when I do, I’ll know who to call. I can’t recommend Kevin highly enough.

I've bought and sold 5 houses and Mike Mason has been great to work with. He created a marketing plan that was so comprehensive from pictures and videos, magazine placements, email marketing campaign based on existing warm leads, and using his extensive network to reach the right buyer. We expected to be on the market at least 6 months based on our price point, but Mike was able get a contract on our house in just 3 weeks! Mike is VERY detailed oriented and has an amazing eye for design which really helped with the staging of the house. He always followed up and was almost always reachable (even on vacation!)

Grateful, is really all I can say when it comes to Elena. She was easily the most responsive, helpful, and patient agent. I bought my first home and she made the experience a breeze. Not to mention she was able to help us save $30k on our home. Anytime day or night she was available! Also, she listens to what you want and is patient with you every step of the way.
